Be Nonchalant
Start being nonchalant. and no, i don’t mean in that corny TikTok way where people act “unbothered” around the opposite gender.
i’m talking about being nonchalant on this journey of success.
think about it, every time you grind hard: you feel proud, excited, maybe even scared it won’t last.
and that’s exactly why it doesn’t.
Because the second you attach emotions to progress, you tell your brain:
“this isn’t normal. this isn’t who I really am.”
that’s why you always fall back into the old version of yourself.
if the grind was actually normal for you… would you even be proud?
would you clap for yourself for finally doing the bare minimum?
of course not. you’d just keep moving. calm. relaxed. nonchalant.
I mean genuinely, why are you feeling proud or happy about it?
you finally started to better yourself and that makes you happy?
it’s not supposed to feel good. it’s supposed to feel normal.
do you think the millionaire is proud of himself because he woke up early and got to work?
do you think the athlete is proud of themselves because they trained hard?
of course not, it’s normal for them. even for me, 300 views? cool. 3 million views? cool.
Big client signed? nice. Big client lost? still moving. but why is this the case?
When it’s normal, you don’t fall off. you don’t self-sabotage.
you just keep stacking. that’s how you build longevity.
that’s how you stay locked in forever.
so start being nonchalant for success, not your whole life. make it your normal. and watch how far you go.
that’s all for today my friends, stay locked in and take care…
